What EventMann costs, and what it doesn't
Most ticketing pricing is hard to compare on purpose. Here is ours in full.
The whole price list
- Monthly fee: none.
- Free events: nothing, with no cap on ticket volume.
- Paid tickets: 1% of the ticket price, minimum €0.20, maximum €0.50 per ticket.
- Until 31 December 2026: 0% — the commission above starts in 2027.
Why there is a floor and a cap
A flat percentage punishes exactly the organizers it should not. On a €5 community ticket, 3% is 15 cents — fine. On a €250 conference seat, 3% is €7.50 for identical work: the same row in a database, the same QR code, the same email.
So we bounded it. The €0.20 floor covers the cost of issuing a ticket at all. The €0.50 cap means a higher ticket price never costs you proportionally more. An organizer selling €200 seats pays the same 50 cents as one selling €50 seats.
What is not included
Card processing. Stripe charges its own fee on each transaction and bills it directly — that is true of every platform, and anyone quoting you an all-in number lower than Stripe's own rate is folding it in somewhere you cannot see.
What is included
Everything else. There is no feature tier: seat maps, bundles, dynamic pricing, team roles, the vendor and sponsor portals, the API, webhooks, white-label event pages and all 14 languages are available on every account from the first event.
The pricing page has a calculator if you would rather see it against your own numbers.
