Frequently Asked Questions
Not at all! Many roles are beginner-friendly (check-in, setup, hospitality). Your profile helps organizers match you to the right roles. Experience helps you access more shifts over time.
Your hours come from your check-in and check-out. The organizer reviews them, then approves and settles the payroll for that event. You can follow every shift and its payment status on your payments page, where you also store your payout details.
Browse the upcoming events and apply to any that interest you. When the organizer confirms you, the shifts they assign appear in your staff portal.
While your application is still pending you can withdraw it yourself. Once the organizer has confirmed you, request a shift swap or contact them directly — as early as you can, because a late drop-out leaves them short-handed.
No minimums at all. Work one shift a year or five shifts a week — it's entirely up to you. The platform is designed for flexibility.
