Our Commitment

EventMann is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Measures Taken

Semantic HTML is used throughout the platform to ensure proper document structure.
All images include descriptive alternative text where applicable.
Color contrast ratios meet WCAG 2.1 AA minimum requirements (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard navigation.
Form inputs include associated labels and error messages are clearly described.
ARIA landmarks and roles are used to support assistive technologies.
Users can customize font size, contrast, and motion preferences via the accessibility settings page.
Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements.

Screen Reader Optimization — Enhanced ARIA attributes for screen reader users.
Accessible Seating — Wheelchair-accessible seating options are clearly marked in venue seat maps.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some limitations may exist:

Interactive seat maps: Complex seat selection interfaces may have limited keyboard accessibility. We provide an accessible alternative list view.
User-uploaded content: Images and media uploaded by event organizers may not always include alt text or captions. We encourage organizers to provide accessible content.
PDF tickets: Generated PDF tickets include text-based content but may not be fully optimized for all screen readers.
Live chat widgets: Third-party chat integrations may not fully conform to WCAG standards.

Third-Party Content

Our platform may include third-party content, such as embedded maps, payment forms, and social media widgets. While we select third-party providers who prioritize accessibility, we cannot guarantee full conformance of content outside our direct control. We actively work with our partners to improve accessibility across all integrations.
