Payments are processed automatically after the event via bank transfer. You can track all earnings in your dashboard and download invoices for tax purposes.
Absolutely! You browse available shifts and apply to the ones that interest you. There's no obligation to accept any shift — you have full control over your schedule.
You can cancel up to 48 hours before the shift starts without penalty. Late cancellations may affect your reliability rating, so please give as much notice as possible.
No minimums at all. Work one shift a year or five shifts a week — it's entirely up to you. The platform is designed for flexibility.
After each event, organizers rate your performance. High ratings unlock priority access to premium events and higher-paying shifts. You can also rate the organizer.
Yes! Staff members with the right permissions can check out equipment, return items, report damage, and view the full inventory allocated to their event.
You can submit expenses through the event management dashboard. Upload receipts and bills, categorize your costs, and the organizer will review and process reimbursements.
