Got a question about an event you are booked into — parking, access, dietary options, anything the listing did not cover? Message the organizer directly from your booking, without needing to know their email address.
How to start a conversation
- Open My Tickets and find the booking, or open My Messages from the account menu.
- Click Message organizer on the booking, or open the event's thread from My Messages.
- Type your message and send it — the organizer sees it in their own inbox for that event.
Good to know
- You can only message the organizer for an event you hold a confirmed, or approved, booking on — there is no general contact form for people who have not booked.
- The conversation opens 90 days before the event and closes once the event has ended, or if the organizer cancels it. Outside that window you can still read past messages, you just cannot send new ones.
- If the organizer has turned off direct messaging for their event entirely, you see a note explaining that instead of a message box.
- Sending is limited to 10 messages per hour per event, to stop a thread being flooded.
- Replies come from the organizer, not automatically from EventMann — how quickly they answer is up to them.
Troubleshooting
- I cannot find a way to message this organizer — your booking may still be Pending rather than Confirmed, or the event may be more than 90 days away.
- The message box is gone and shows a note instead — the event has ended, was cancelled, or the organizer switched off messaging; you can still read what was said before.
- I got a message saying I have sent too many — you have hit the 10-per-hour limit for that event; wait a while and try again.
- My question is about payment, my account, or a technical problem rather than this specific event — that is a platform issue rather than something the organizer can fix; use contact EventMann support instead.
