Where Are My Tickets?
Help articles may not be fully accurate — they can lag behind the app due to frequent updates and automated translation. If in doubt, please contact support.
You have paid and you cannot find your tickets. This is the single most common support question, and it is almost always one of a handful of causes below.
Start with My Tickets, not your inbox
The most reliable place to find a ticket is inside the app, not your email. Open My Tickets from the account menu while signed in to the account you booked with. If the booking shows as Confirmed, every ticket in it already has its own View and Download buttons right there — you do not need the confirmation email at all to get in.
Why the confirmation email might be late or missing
The confirmation email carries your ticket PDFs as attachments, and building those PDFs happens in a background queue rather than instantly, so on a busy moment it can take a little while to arrive. Before assuming something is wrong:
- Check spam or junk — and any “Promotions” or “Updates” tab your email provider uses.
- Check the email address on the order — the checkout form lets you type any email for the booking, which is not always the address you are signed in with. If you typed it wrong, or booked on someone else's behalf, the confirmation went to whatever was entered.
- Give it a few minutes, especially right after completing a purchase.
Your booking might still be Pending
Tickets only exist once a booking's status is Confirmed. If My Tickets shows Pending, there is nothing to download yet, because one of two things is still outstanding:
- Payment did not finish — open the booking and look for a Pay Now step; nothing is charged and no ticket is issued until it is completed.
- The organizer requires approval — some events review every order before confirming it. You get an email once the organizer approves, or declines, it.
Your booking reference
Every order gets a reference starting with BK-, shown on the booking card and inside the confirmation email. Keep it handy — it is what check-in staff, the organizer and EventMann support all use to look up your order, since there is no separate “ticket code” to quote.
If you still cannot get in
There is no self-service “resend confirmation” button for attendees today. If My Tickets genuinely shows nothing for an event you know you booked:
- Double-check you are signed in with the right account — a booking made with a different email will not show up under another login.
- Use Message organizer on the booking and quote your booking reference — organizers can resend a confirmation from their side.
- If the event is close and you are stuck at the door, ask the organizer's check-in staff to look you up by name or booking reference.
- For anything payment-related the organizer cannot resolve, contact EventMann support with your booking reference to hand.
Troubleshooting
- I received the email but the PDF will not open — save it to your device first rather than opening it directly inside some mobile mail apps, then open it from your files or downloads.
- I booked for someone else — the confirmation and ticket went to the email address entered at checkout, not necessarily yours; check with that person, or use Download in My Tickets if you were signed in when you booked.
- My booking shows Cancelled or Refunded — tickets are not available for a booking in either state.
- I am at the venue with no signal — open your ticket ahead of time and use Download PDF, or keep a screenshot of the QR code, so you have something that works offline.
