My Events lists every event you personally created, with quick links into its management dashboard or editor. It is the entry point once you have more than one event, and the page you land on after creating or duplicating one.
What you can do here
- Create Event — opens the event creation wizard.
- Edit — opens the Event Information page in the manage area (title, description, dates, location, visibility).
- Manage — opens the event's management dashboard (Overview).
- Duplicate — behind the ••• menu; only shown if you hold the duplicate permission for that event. Copies the event so you can reuse its setup for a new one.
Reading the table
- Event — title, event type (Single Day, Multi-Day, Recurring, Series or Hybrid) and venue/city.
- Date — the event's start date and time.
- Status — the lifecycle badge (see below). A Scheduled event also shows its go-live date and time underneath.
- Tickets — sold/capacity for each active ticket type.
- Bookings — count of bookings placed against the event, of any status.
Event lifecycle
| Status | Meaning | Can move to |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | Not visible to attendees; still being set up | Scheduled, Live |
| Scheduled | Will go live automatically at a chosen time | Live, Cancelled |
| Live | Published and selling tickets | Paused, Cancelled, Completed |
| Paused | Temporarily hidden from public discovery and booking | Live, Cancelled |
| Completed | Event has ended; final state | — |
| Cancelled | Event will not go ahead; final state | — |
Completed and Cancelled are dead ends — there is no transition back out of either. There is also no path straight from Draft to Cancelled: a draft you no longer want is deleted, not cancelled.
Good to know
- This list only shows events where you are the owner (the account that created them). If you were added as a team member to manage someone else's event, it will not appear here — use the direct link the owner shares, or your team invitation.
- Events are paginated 10 per page, newest first.
- A plan's event limit is enforced when you try to create a new event, not on this list — you only find out about it at the wizard.
Troubleshooting
- The Duplicate option is missing from the menu — you (or your team role) do not hold the duplicate permission for that event.
- An event I should be able to manage is not listed — this page only shows events you own; being invited as a team member does not add the event to your own My Events list.
- Create Event sends me back with an error — your plan's maximum number of events has been reached.
