My Invoices lists every invoice you have submitted, across every event, with its current status and total — useful for checking history or following up on payment. To create a new one, see How to Submit an Invoice.
What you can do here
- See every invoice you have submitted — invoice number, event, status, total, and due date, newest first.
- Open an invoice — view its full line items, tax, and payment date if it has been paid.
- Start a new invoice — the Create Invoice button lists only the events where your assignment status is Confirmed; you cannot invoice against an event you have only been invited to, or one you declined.
Invoice statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Submitted | Sent to the organizer, awaiting their review. Nothing more to do on your side. |
| Approved | The organizer has approved it; payment has not been marked as sent yet. |
| Paid | The organizer has marked it paid, with the payment date shown on the invoice. |
Good to know
- Each invoice is auto-numbered (for example
VI-2026-0001) — you do not choose or enter a number yourself. - Amounts are shown in the event’s currency, defaulting to EUR if the event has none set.
- There is no edit or withdraw option once an invoice is submitted. If you made a mistake, contact the organizer directly, since there is no in-app messaging tied to an invoice.
- Totals shown here are per invoice, not per event — if you split one engagement across several invoices, each is tracked separately.
Troubleshooting
- Create Invoice does not list an event I am working on — your assignment for that event is still Invited rather than Confirmed. Accept the assignment first (see Responding to Event Requests).
- An invoice has sat as Submitted for a long time — it is waiting on the organizer to review it; EventMann does not set or enforce an approval deadline, so follow up with them directly.
