Use this to find events looking for sponsors and see what each one is offering before you commit. It lists events, not packages directly — you open an event to see and compare its individual packages.

What you can do here

  • See every published event that has at least one active sponsor package, twelve per page, newest event first.
  • Each card shows the event image, title, start date, and how many packages are on offer.
  • Open an event to see its packages, ordered Platinum, then Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Custom last.

How to compare packages on an event

  1. Open an event card from Browse Packages.
  2. Read each package — name, tier badge (if not Custom), price, description, the benefits the organizer listed, and which visibility placements are included.
  3. Check availability — if a package caps the number of sponsors, you will see “X / Y spots taken”, with a highlighted “N spots left” once it is down to two or fewer.
  4. Apply — see How to Apply for Sponsorship for the form itself.

What actually differs between packages

Tier is a label the organizer picks for sorting and a colour badge — it does not come with a fixed, platform-defined set of perks. Everything a package includes is set individually by the organizer, package by package:

FieldWhat it controls
TierBronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Custom — cosmetic badge and display order only (Platinum shows first).
Price & currencyWhat you pay if approved and invoiced; set per package, not per tier.
Max sponsorsHow many approved/active sponsors this exact package can hold at once. Left blank, it is unlimited.
BenefitsA free-text bullet list the organizer writes themselves — nothing is generated automatically from the tier name.
Visibility optionsWhich of six placements are switched on: Logo Placement, Banner Ad, Stage Mention, Booth Space, Social Media, Email Blast.

Good to know

  • Draft or private events never appear here — only published events with an active package are listed, and opening a package page for an unpublished event returns a 404.
  • There is no category, date or budget filter on this screen today — it is a plain paginated list of qualifying events.
  • A package with unlimited (blank) max sponsors will never show a spots-remaining count.

Troubleshooting

  • An event I expected to see is missing — either it has no active sponsor package yet, or it is still in draft/private status; ask the organizer directly if you were told sponsorship was open.
  • Every package on an event shows “Already Applied” — you have an existing application against that event (on any package, in any status); see the Troubleshooting section in How to Apply for Sponsorship.
