Your Performance page is a private set of metrics about your own activity — none of it, beyond your average rating and review count elsewhere, is ever shown to organizers.
What each figure measures
| Metric | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Total Events | Assignments with status Confirmed only — Invited or Declined assignments are excluded |
| Avg Rating | Average of all your published reviews, rounded to one decimal — the same figure shown on your public profile |
| Total Reviews | Count of your published reviews |
| Total Revenue | Sum of your invoices with status Paid only — Draft, Submitted, Approved, and Disputed invoices are excluded |
| Pending Tasks | Tasks across all your assignments with status Pending |
| Completed Tasks | Tasks with status Completed |
| On-Time Rate | Completed tasks divided by (completed + overdue) tasks, as a percentage |
Good to know
- On-Time Rate only penalizes a task once it is actually overdue: past its due date and still not Completed. A task due today, or one still In Progress but not yet past due, does not count against you.
- A task you complete after its due date still counts as Completed in the numerator, not as overdue — this metric measures whether overdue work is still outstanding, not whether every task was finished strictly on time.
- If you have no completed and no overdue tasks at all, On-Time Rate shows 100%.
- These figures are recalculated every time you open the page — they are not cached or updated in the background.
Troubleshooting
- Total Revenue does not match what I have actually been paid — it only counts invoices the organizer has explicitly marked Paid. An invoice sitting at Submitted or Approved does not count yet, even if you were already paid outside the platform.
- On-Time Rate seems low even though I finished everything eventually — a task that was still open past its due date counts as overdue for this calculation even if you completed it later; only tasks that are open and overdue right now hold it down, but a history of late completions does not improve the rate retroactively either.
- Avg Rating here does not match a number I remember from my profile — both pull from the same published reviews, so they should always agree; if they do not, refresh this page, since it computes the figure fresh on load.
