One page brings together every AI writing and analysis tool available for an event, grouped by what they help with. Reach it from Event → Manage → Promotion → AI Tools — this tab only appears when AI features are enabled for your account.
What you can do here
- Copywriting — an Event Description Writer, an Email/Campaign Composer (confirmation, reminder, last-call, post-event or announcement emails in a tone you choose), a Discount Code name generator, an FAQ Generator, and a Sponsor Pitch writer.
- Dashboard Intelligence — a revenue forecast, a post-event report draft, anomaly alerts on unusual sales patterns, and a free-text “ask a question about this event's data” box.
- Marketing & social — Ad Copy variants for a platform and goal you specify, influencer outreach message drafts, and a hashtag strategy suggestion.
- Staff & logistics — a Staff Briefing document, a vendor email drafter, a run-of-show drafter, and a risk checklist.
- Support — drafts for support auto-responses, refund-request assessments, and responses to attendee reviews.
How to use a tool
- Open Promotion → AI Tools on the event.
- Fill in the short brief each tool asks for (a description tool wants your key bullet points; an ad-copy tool wants the platform and goal; and so on).
- Run it — the draft appears in place within a few seconds.
- Copy, edit and use the result wherever it is needed; nothing here publishes or sends anything on its own.
Good to know
- Every result is a suggestion, not a fact or a commitment — always read it over before you publish an email, a post, or a pricing decision built on it.
- Tools use the event's own real details (name, date, venue, booking link) rather than placeholders, but they only know what is already on the event record — an incomplete event listing produces a vaguer draft.
- The AI Tools tab and every button on it disappear entirely if AI is not configured for your account or has been switched off at the platform level; there is no partial or degraded state to troubleshoot.
- None of these tools are the Event Intelligence readiness score you may see on the event overview panel — that is a separate, deterministic checklist that is only optionally narrated by AI; the tools on this page are on-demand generators you run yourself.
Troubleshooting
- A tool returns an error instead of a result — usually a temporary problem reaching the AI service; try again, and if it persists, check with your platform admin that an API key is still configured.
- Ad copy or a translated field overflows its platform's limit — the drafts aim to respect each platform's character limit but are not guaranteed to; trim before posting.
- Cannot find the AI Tools tab at all — AI is not enabled for your account; everything else on the Promotion row still works without it.
