Payments lists every payroll line an organiser has generated for you, across all events, most recent first.

What each row shows

ColumnWhat it means
EventWhich event the shift was part of.
Payroll PeriodThe date range the organiser ran payroll for.
Hours WorkedThe hours calculated from your check-in and check-out for that shift.
Hourly RateThe rate on file for you at the time payroll was generated.
Total PayBase pay plus overtime pay, plus any bonus, minus any deduction.
StatusThe status of the whole payroll period this line belongs to: Open, Locked, Approved, or Paid.

The summary tiles

  • Total earned — every payroll line you have, regardless of status.
  • Total paid — only lines whose period status is Paid.
  • Total pending — everything else: earned but not yet marked paid.

Good to know

  • A shift only shows up here at all once an organiser has generated payroll covering it. Nothing appears automatically the moment you check out.
  • If a shift you worked is missing entirely, it usually means either payroll has not been generated for that period yet, or the shift had no hours recorded (see Check-in & Check-out).
  • Rows are ordered by when the payroll line was created, most recent first — not by the event date or the shift date, so a line for an older event can appear above a line for a more recent one if its payroll was generated later.
  • An event or period shown as a dash (—) simply means that link is missing on the record, not that anything is wrong with the amount.

This page is read-only for you — there is nothing to edit or dispute from here directly. If a rate, hours figure, or status looks wrong, raise it with the organiser through Messages while the period is still Open; once it is Locked, the numbers on it are frozen.
