EventMann is a platform for finding and booking event tickets, and for the organizers, vendors, sponsors, staff and venues who make those events happen. This page is the map — read it first, then follow the link that matches what you are trying to do.
Creating an account
- Sign up with email — name, email and a password.
- Or continue with Google, Facebook or Apple — the social sign-in buttons on the login and registration pages skip the password step.
- Your first role is picked by the link you sign up from — the plain sign-up form creates an attendee account (no picker, fastest path to browsing and buying). The organizer, vendor, sponsor and venue owner sign-up pages create that role instead.
An attendee account goes straight into the site after signing up — there is nothing to configure before you can browse and book. Organizer, vendor, sponsor and venue accounts land on a short setup checklist first, since those roles need a profile or event before there is anything to do.
Choose your path
| You are… | What the role is for | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Attending events | Browse, book and manage your tickets | Attendee dashboard |
| Running events | Create events, sell tickets, manage a team | Organizer dashboard |
| Selling services to organizers | List services in the vendor marketplace, quote and get booked | Vendor guide |
| Sponsoring events | Back events for visibility and reach the audience | Sponsor guide |
| Working shifts at events | Check in attendees, work assigned shifts | Staff guide |
| Managing a venue | List a venue, review booking requests | Venue owner guide |
Good to know
- One account, several roles — from the account menu you can apply for an additional role (organizer, vendor, sponsor or venue) without creating a second account. Applying as an organizer is approved automatically once your email is verified; vendor, sponsor and venue applications go to an admin review queue. Staff is the one exception — it is not self-applied, an organizer adds you to their team.
- Switching between roles you already have is instant, from the same account-menu switcher — no re-login required.
- The generic
/dashboardlink (used by bookmarks and old links) always routes you to the dashboard for your current role, once your email is verified. - You do not need an account to browse or search events — only checkout may ask you to sign in, and only if the organizer of that specific event has turned on “require login” for it.
- EventMann is run by ChetsApp UG (Fellbach, Germany) and is available in many languages — use the language switcher in the footer at any time.
Troubleshooting
- I signed up but do not see the dashboard for my role —
the shared
/dashboardlink requires a verified email; check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification message. - I want to become an organizer/vendor/sponsor/venue owner too — open the account menu and look for “Apply for a role”; you do not need to sign up again with a different email.
- I was hired to help run someone else’s event — that is handled through the organizer’s team, not a platform role change. Once the organizer adds you (box office, marketing, finance, etc.), the invite email gives you access to that event without switching roles.
