Compose, schedule and publish posts about one event straight from EventMann, instead of switching between four different apps. Reach it from Event → Manage → Promotion → Social Marketing; the accounts you post through are connected once under Organizer → Social Accounts.
What you can do here
- Compose — write separate copy per platform in one screen, each with its own character limit (Facebook 63,206, LinkedIn 3,000, Instagram 2,200, X/Twitter 280).
- AI Content — describe the post in a short brief and pick a tone; the assistant drafts platform-native copy for each selected platform using the event's real name, date, venue and booking link.
- Hashtag sets — save a reusable group of hashtags per event (or platform-wide) to attach quickly instead of retyping them.
- Schedule or publish — save as a draft, schedule for later, or publish immediately; a scheduled or publishing post cannot be edited afterwards.
- Status tracking — each post shows per-platform publish status, and an error message if a platform rejected it.
Connecting accounts
- Go to Organizer → Social Accounts.
- Click Connect on a platform — you are redirected to that platform to log in and approve access; EventMann never asks you to paste an API key.
- Choose which page or account to link, then confirm.
- Disconnect or pause any account from the same screen at any time.
Settings explained
- Facebook — must be a Page you administer, not a personal profile.
- Instagram — must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page; personal accounts are not supported.
- X (Twitter) — your own account via OAuth.
- LinkedIn — your personal profile; posting to a Company Page requires that page's admin to connect through their own personal LinkedIn.
Good to know
- A post is per event — there is no single “blast to all my events” composer.
- Publishing happens in the background; the screen polls for status so you can leave and come back rather than waiting on the page.
- AI-drafted copy is a starting point, not the final word — review it before publishing, especially the character-limited platforms where it has to compress your brief.
Troubleshooting
- Cannot connect Instagram — the account must be a Business or Creator account already linked to a Facebook Page; a personal Instagram account will not appear as connectable.
- Post failed on one platform but not others — check the per-platform status on the post; a token that has expired or been revoked on that platform is the usual cause — reconnect it under Social Accounts.
- Cannot edit a post — posts that have already published or are currently publishing are locked; only drafts and not-yet-sent scheduled posts can be edited.
