Build a post-event survey to collect structured feedback, beyond the free-text reviews on your public listing.

What you can do here

  • See every survey you have created for this event, with its question count, response count, active/inactive status, and send mode.
  • Create Survey to build a new one with any mix of question types.
  • Open Results on any survey to see aggregated answers.

How to create a survey

  1. Give it a title and optional description.
  2. Add questions, each one of: Rating, Text, Multiple choice, NPS, or Yes/No. Multiple choice questions take a list of options; any question can be marked required.
  3. Decide whether it is Active — inactive surveys are saved but not sent or shown to attendees.
  4. Turn on Auto-send to have it emailed automatically a set number of hours after the event (1–720 hours), or leave it off to send manually.

Settings explained

  • Auto-send / Send delay (hours) — if left off, the survey shows “Manual” in the list and nothing is emailed on its own; if on, the delay is measured from when the event ends.
  • Question type — NPS specifically produces the 0–10 recommend-likelihood score used to compute your event’s Net Promoter Score.

Good to know

  • The response count on the list updates live as answers come in — you do not need to reopen Results to see the total rise.
  • An inactive survey does not send even if Auto-send is checked; both switches have to be in place for it to actually go out.

Troubleshooting

  • Survey never sent — check both that it is Active and that Auto-send is on; a survey can be one without the other.
  • Results page is empty — the survey has zero responses yet; it is not a data problem, just nobody has answered.
