After an event, the organizer can leave you a rating from that event's Vendors page. It is simpler than it might look: one star rating from 1 to 5, plus an optional written comment — there are no separate scores for things like professionalism or reliability.
How ratings work
- An organizer with vendor-management permission on an event can rate any vendor assigned to it — a single 1–5 star value and an optional comment.
- Only one review exists per assignment. If the organizer submits again for the same assignment, it replaces the previous rating and comment rather than adding a second entry.
- Your overall rating, shown on your public profile and your Performance page, is the average across every published review you have, rounded to one decimal.
What shows publicly
- Your public profile lists each review's star rating, its written comment (if the organizer left one), and how long ago it was posted.
- The reviewer's name and the specific event are not shown alongside the review.
- The star row on your profile rounds to the nearest whole star for the icons, with the exact average (e.g. 4.3) printed alongside.
Good to know
- There is no reply or dispute feature for vendor reviews today — you cannot respond to one from your dashboard.
- A review is not gated on the event actually taking place; an organizer with the right permission can rate an assignment as soon as it exists.
- A review is published by default the moment it is submitted, and nothing in the product currently unpublishes one afterward.
- If an organizer removes the underlying event assignment entirely, the review tied to it is deleted along with it.
Troubleshooting
- My average changed unexpectedly — most likely an organizer edited their existing rating for an assignment rather than adding a new one; each assignment can only hold one review, and a resubmission overwrites it.
- A review I remember has disappeared — check whether the event assignment it belonged to still exists; deleting the assignment removes its review too.
- I disagree with a rating — there is currently no in-app way to contest or respond to one; you would need to raise it with the organizer directly.
