Event Analytics gives you a per-event breakdown for every event you hold a sponsorship record against — pending, active, or already finished. It is the place to see how one event compares to another before you decide where to renew.

What you can do here

  • Grouped bar chart — Impressions, Reach, and Engagement Rate plotted side by side per event.
  • Table — the same figures as rows: Event, Status, Impressions, Reach, Engagement %.
  • CSV / Excel export — the buttons in the top-right download exactly what the table shows (see Export Reports).

What each column actually measures

  • Impressions — the event's total booking count (of any status) multiplied by ten. It is a fixed proxy for audience size, not a count of times your logo, banner, or listing was actually viewed by a person.
  • Reach — the number of distinct attendee home cities recorded on confirmed bookings for that event. It reflects geographic spread among confirmed attendees, and only as accurately as attendees filled in a city when they booked — an event with strong sales but no city data recorded will still show Reach as 0.
  • Engagement % — confirmed bookings divided by that event's impressions figure. Because impressions here is defined as ten times the same booking count, this ratio lands at a fixed 10% for any event with at least one confirmed booking, and 0% before that. It is not a click-through rate, booth-traffic count, or social metric — read it as confirmation that bookings have started, not as a score you can move independently.

Good to know

  • This page lists every event tied to a sponsorship record you hold, including ones still pending approval or already rejected — check the Status column, which uses the same wording as My Sponsorships.
  • Impressions and Reach are recalculated live from current bookings each time you load the page, so the numbers can move even between two visits on the same day.

Troubleshooting

  • An event I sponsor isn't listed — you need an actual sponsorship record (an approved application, at minimum a pending one) against that event; browsing a package page alone does not add it here.
  • Engagement % is the same 10.00% for every event with sales — this is expected given how the ratio is built (see above), not a display bug. Compare events on Impressions and Reach instead.
  • Impressions look too high to be believable — remember it is bookings × 10, not a literal count of ad or logo views.
