Export Reports downloads the same figures shown on Event Analytics — one row per event you hold a sponsorship record against, with Impressions, Reach, and Engagement Rate — as a file you can attach to an email or hand to your finance team.
What you can do here
- CSV — a plain comma-separated file. The safest choice if you need to import the numbers into a separate BI tool or a spreadsheet you don't control the version of.
- Excel — an .xlsx workbook of the same rows and columns, with header formatting applied. Easier to hand straight to a colleague or paste into a slide deck.
How to export
- Go to Event Analytics or Engagement Analytics — both pages carry the same export links.
- Click CSV or Excel — both are plain links, not a form, so the file starts downloading immediately with no options screen in between.
Good to know
- The download is immediate, not queued. There is no background job and no follow-up email — the file streams straight to your browser when you click.
- There is no date-range or event picker on this screen. Every export always covers every event tied to any sponsorship record you hold, regardless of that sponsorship's status (pending, active, rejected, or expired).
- The downloaded file is named
sales-report-YYYY-MM-DDeven though the contents are your sponsorship analytics, not a sales report — that's expected; open it to confirm the columns are Event / Impressions / Reach / Engagement Rate. - The columns exported are exactly what Event Analytics shows on screen — there is no extra breakdown or raw booking-level detail in the file.
Troubleshooting
- Nothing downloads when I click — check your browser isn't blocking the download or opening it in a new tab silently; try right-click → save link.
- The file is empty — you have no sponsorship records against any event yet.
- I expected a date-range filter — there isn't one on this export; it always includes the full history of your sponsorships.
