This is the full record of every application you have submitted, across every event and every status. Use it to check where an application stands and to jump into the conversation with an organizer.
What you can do here
- See every sponsorship you hold as a table: event, package (with tier badge), status, deliverable progress, application date, and a quick link to message the organizer.
- A payment-deadline note appears under the status while it is Approved and unpaid.
- A rejection reason, if the organizer gave one, appears under Rejected (truncated, with the full text on hover).
- The deliverables column shows a progress bar (done / total) for any sponsorship with deliverables attached — typically Approved, Active or Completed ones.
Status meanings
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Submitted, waiting on the organizer to approve or reject. |
| Approved | Accepted; a 14-day payment window is running and default deliverables have been created. |
| Active | The organizer has recorded your payment; the sponsorship is live. |
| Completed | The organizer marked it complete — only possible once every required deliverable is done. |
| Rejected | Declined by the organizer, optionally with a reason. |
| Cancelled | Withdrawn or called off. There is currently no self-service cancel button in the sponsor portal — this happens through the organizer. |
| Expired | Was Approved but the 14-day payment window passed unpaid; expired automatically. |
Good to know
- “Message Organizer” is hidden once a sponsorship is Rejected, Expired or Cancelled — those threads are considered closed.
- The list is sorted newest application first and paginated at 20 per page.
- Because one application is permanent per event (see How to Apply for Sponsorship), a Rejected or Expired row for an event you still want to sponsor cannot be resubmitted — it stays on record as-is.
Troubleshooting
- No “Message Organizer” link on a sponsorship — its status is Rejected, Expired or Cancelled; those conversations are closed.
- Deliverables column shows a dash — no deliverables exist yet for that sponsorship, which is normal while it is still Pending (deliverables are only created on approval).
- The list looks empty — you have not applied to any package yet; go to Browse Packages.
