This is the page behind every individual ticket — the one your QR code, download button and transfer option all live on. You land here by clicking View on a ticket in My Tickets, or by opening the link in your confirmation email.

What you can do here

  • Show your QR code — on a phone, this page opens straight into a large, scannable QR code for contactless check-in.
  • Download the PDF — the same ticket design used in your confirmation email, ready to save or print.
  • Print / Save PDF — on a computer, a second button opens the PDF in a new tab so you can print it directly.
  • Transfer the ticket — send it to someone else by email, when the organizer allows transfers for this event.

What is shown on the ticket

Each organizer designs their own ticket layout, so the exact look varies by event, but a ticket typically shows the event title, date and venue, your ticket type, the attendee name, the price, the booking reference and a unique ticket ID under the QR code — plus the organizer's own logo and any sponsor or partner logos they have chosen to add.

Good to know

  • The QR code is unique to this one ticket and is meant to be scanned once at the door — it does not refresh or rotate.
  • The Transfer Ticket button only shows to the person who made the booking, and only while the ticket has not already been transferred or checked in.
  • Anyone with a link to this page can view the ticket and its QR code, which is exactly what lets a friend hold your phone at the door for you — treat the link like the ticket itself and avoid posting it somewhere public.
  • The downloaded PDF and the ticket attached to your confirmation email are always the same design — if the organizer updates the ticket design later, downloading again shows the current version.

Troubleshooting

  • I do not see a Transfer Ticket button — either the organizer has not enabled transfers for this event, the ticket has already been transferred, it has already been checked in, or you are not the person who made the original booking.
  • The QR code will not load — check your connection, or use the Download PDF button instead and show that at the door.
  • The page says the ticket cannot be found — the booking behind it is no longer confirmed, for example because it was cancelled or refunded.
