Your dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. It pulls together your next few events, what you have been up to lately, and a few events you might like — so you never have to hunt through your inbox to find a ticket.
What you can do here
- Upcoming events — your next three confirmed bookings, soonest first
- Past events — your last six completed bookings, so you can revisit details or leave a rating
- Lifetime stats — your total confirmed bookings and total amount spent on the platform
- Saved events — a preview of the events you have bookmarked (see Saved Events)
- For You — a short list of upcoming events picked for you (see For You)
How to get around
- Click any upcoming or past booking to open its full details, including your QR code tickets.
- Click a past event to leave a star rating and short review — this only works for events you actually attended.
- Use the sidebar to jump straight to My Tickets, Saved Events, or Following.
Good to know
- This dashboard is only shown to attendees. If your account is an organizer, vendor, staff, sponsor, or venue-owner account, you are sent to that role's own dashboard instead.
- The lifetime totals only count confirmed bookings — a booking still awaiting organizer approval or payment will not appear in your totals yet.
- Ratings and reviews are moderated for offensive language before they are posted.
Troubleshooting
- A booking I just made is not showing up — check that payment completed successfully; a booking only counts once its status is confirmed, not while it is pending approval or payment.
- I run events and want to see my organizer stats — that is a different dashboard. Switch to your organizer account, or contact support if your account should have organizer access.
