The dashboard is where you check whether an application needs action, how a sponsorship is progressing, and how it is performing. It only reflects sponsorships you have actually applied for — there is nothing to configure here.
What you can do here
- Total Impressions / Audience Reach / Engagement Rate — aggregated across the events tied to your approved or active sponsorships only. A rejected or pending application contributes nothing.
- Sponsored Events — the count of approved + active sponsorships (distinct events).
- Total Spend — the sum of
amount_paidacross all your sponsorships, in your preferred currency. - Deliverables Done — the percentage of deliverable items marked complete across every sponsorship you hold (shows 100% if you have none yet).
- Pending Applications and Active Sponsorships — quick counts by status.
- Onboarding checklist — shown for your most recently approved or active sponsorship: application submitted, agreement signed, payment confirmed, logo uploaded.
- Recent sponsorships list — your latest five, each with status badge and deliverable progress bar, linking through to full Analytics.
Settings explained
- Agreement signed — this ticks the moment you submit an application (checking the agreement box is required to submit), so it is effectively always done by the time a sponsorship reaches this checklist.
- Payment confirmed — only ticks once the organizer has recorded your payment on their side; paying an emailed invoice does not flip this automatically (see Troubleshooting in How to Apply for Sponsorship).
- Logo uploaded — ticks once a logo is attached to the sponsorship record. There is no self-serve logo upload in the sponsor portal today; this is typically the last box checked and happens through direct coordination with the organizer.
Good to know
- The payment-deadline warning under the checklist only appears while the sponsorship is Approved and unpaid — it disappears once payment is confirmed or the 14-day window lapses and the sponsorship auto-expires.
- Impressions and reach numbers are estimates derived from bookings on the sponsored event, not counted ad-impression tracking on a specific banner or logo placement.
Troubleshooting
- KPI cards show zero even though I have an active sponsorship — impressions and reach are computed from the sponsored event; a brand-new event with no bookings yet will show zero until tickets start selling.
- No onboarding checklist is showing — it only appears once you have at least one sponsorship in Approved or Active status; a Pending or Rejected application will not display one.
