Your dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in as an organizer — a quick read on how your events are doing before you dig into any one of them.
What you see
- Sender-setup banner — shows only until you connect your own outgoing mail server under Settings → SMTP & Mail. Until then, every ticket, reminder and invoice your attendees receive goes out from the platform address instead of yours.
- Total Events — every event you own, published and draft alike, with a count of how many are published underneath.
- Total Attendees — confirmed bookings across all your events. Pending, cancelled and refunded bookings are not counted here.
- Total Revenue — the sum of confirmed bookings' totals, grouped by the currency each event is priced in. Run every event in one currency and you see a single figure; run events in more than one and you see a line per currency instead of one misleading blended total.
- My Events — the first five events on your account, each with its date, published/draft status, and an orders count. Unlike the stat above, that orders count includes bookings of every status, not just confirmed ones.
Getting to work
- Create Event (top right) opens the event wizard.
- Manage on any row jumps straight to that event's overview page.
- View all opens the full My Events list — the dashboard table is a preview, not the complete list.
Good to know
- The five events shown are not sorted by date — they appear in whatever order the database returns. If the event you're looking for isn't there, use View all rather than assuming it's further down.
- The revenue and attendee totals only ever count bookings with status
confirmed— a booking still mid-checkout, or one that was cancelled or refunded, never inflates them. - The sender-setup banner is informational only; there's no way to dismiss it directly — connecting SMTP is what removes it.
Troubleshooting
- Revenue looks lower than what I've actually sold — only confirmed bookings count. A booking still mid-checkout, or one that was cancelled or refunded, is excluded on purpose.
- An event I created isn't in the table — the table only ever shows five. Use View all to search the full list.
- The amber mail banner won't go away — it clears the moment a working SMTP connection is saved under Settings → SMTP & Mail, not before.
