The Analytics tab on a single event's Manage page — the sales-funnel and check-in view for that one event, sitting alongside Event Insights, Reports and Surveys under the same Analytics row in the event sidebar.

What you can do here

  • Headline KPIs — tickets sold, check-in rate, capacity utilisation, revenue, average order value and conversion rate, all for this event only
  • Daily sales chart — tickets sold per day for the last 30 days
  • Revenue by ticket type — how much each ticket type has earned and how many of each have sold
  • Attendee demographics — a breakdown of who bought
  • Export — the ticket-type breakdown as CSV, Excel or PDF

What each number actually means

  • Tickets sold — the sum of ticket quantities on confirmed bookings only
  • Check-in rate — checked-in ticket quantity divided by confirmed ticket quantity; refreshed every 2 minutes rather than the usual 10, since it is the number you actually watch on event day
  • Capacity utilisation — tickets sold divided by total ticket quantity across all ticket types; it can read over 100% if a type was oversold
  • Conversion rate — confirmed bookings divided by all bookings ever started for this event, including ones abandoned before payment — it is not based on page views
  • Daily sales chart — grouped by the date each booking was paid, not the date it was created, and any day with no sales is filled in as zero so the chart always spans the full 30 days

Good to know

  • Every figure here excludes pending, cancelled and refunded bookings — only confirmed ones count
  • For the wider picture across all your events, see the organizer-level Analytics dashboard instead

Troubleshooting

  • Check-in rate stuck at 0% — nobody has been scanned in yet, or check-in has not opened for this event
  • Conversion rate looks lower than expected — it includes every abandoned or pending booking attempt, not just completed carts
  • A just-completed sale is missing from the chart — give it a couple of minutes; these figures are cached briefly
