This is the cross-event view of how your account is performing as a whole — not any single event's numbers, but revenue, tickets, refunds and campaign performance rolled up across everything you organize. Open it from the sidebar under Marketing → Analytics.

What you can do here

  • Overview — total revenue, total tickets sold, average order value, refund rate, your top 5 events by revenue, revenue by category, and a count of events by status (draft, live, completed, and so on)
  • Revenue — your top 10 events by revenue, revenue broken down by event category, and a 12-month revenue chart plus a ticket-type breakdown for whichever of those ten events currently earns the most
  • Events — every event you have run, each with its own revenue, tickets sold and capacity utilisation, plus a count of events per status
  • Finance — revenue, refund rate, average order value, and how much is pending vs. already paid out, with a month-by-month refund-rate trend and a gross/refunds/fee/net reconciliation table per event
  • Marketing — your top 5 campaigns by ROI, promo code usage and revenue generated, and a full campaign list with open rate, conversions and ROI per campaign

How the numbers are counted

  • Revenue, tickets sold and refund rate only ever count confirmed bookings — a pending or cancelled booking never appears in any total here
  • Refund rate is a count, not an amount: refunded bookings divided by confirmed bookings, not refunded money divided by revenue
  • The 12-month revenue chart on the Revenue tab is for a single event — whichever of your top 10 currently has the most revenue — not a blended total across events
  • Most figures here are cached for 10 minutes, so a payment that just settled can take a few minutes to show up

Good to know

  • Every tab has an Export button that produces the same data as CSV, Excel or PDF
  • For the detail behind a single event's numbers, use that event's own Analytics tab or Event Insights page instead — this dashboard is deliberately the rolled-up view

Troubleshooting

  • Revenue looks lower than you expected — check whether you are comparing against a total that includes pending or refunded bookings; this dashboard only counts confirmed ones
  • A sale from a minute ago is not showing yet — most of these numbers are cached for up to 10 minutes
