There is no dedicated renewal feature, loyalty programme, or multi-event bundle in EventMann today — sponsoring an organizer's next edition of an event is done the same way as sponsoring it the first time: browsing that event's packages and submitting a new application.
Why there is no renewal step
- Each event is its own record. When an organizer schedules a new edition (say, next year's conference), it is a separate
Eventfrom the one you sponsored before — including if it was generated as part of a recurring series, since recurring-event generation does not copy sponsor packages across editions. - Your original application is tied permanently to the original event's record; it has no bearing on whether you can apply to the new one. From the system's point of view you are a first-time applicant on the new event.
- There is no locked-in pricing, priority queue, or reserved tier for sponsors who supported a previous edition — whatever packages the organizer publishes for the new event are open to anyone who gets there first.
How to sponsor the next edition
- Wait for the organizer to publish the new event and attach sponsor packages to it — nothing carries over automatically from your previous sponsorship.
- Find it through Browse Packages once it is published, or ask the organizer directly (through the message thread on your previous sponsorship, if that thread is still open) when they plan to open sponsorship again.

Good to know
- If you want advance notice, the reliable channel is a direct message to the organizer while your previous sponsorship's thread is still open (Approved, Active or Completed) — there is no follow/subscribe feature for events or organizers.
- If your previous sponsorship for that organizer is Rejected, Expired or Cancelled, its message thread is closed; you would need to contact the organizer outside the platform to ask about the next edition.
- A “multi-event” or “series” sponsorship covering several events at once is not a feature — each event needs its own application, even if it is the same organizer and the same brand.
Troubleshooting
- I do not see a “renew” button anywhere — expected; it does not exist. Re-apply through Browse Packages once the new event is published.
- The new event is not showing up in Browse Packages — it has not been published yet, or the organizer has not attached an active sponsor package to it yet.
