On this page
This walks you through creating a sponsor account and getting to the point where you can submit your first application. Creating the account is free — you only pay when a specific sponsorship is approved and invoiced.
What you can do here
- Sponsor dashboard — your KPI overview, onboarding checklist, and recent sponsorships in one place.
- Browse Packages — every published event with at least one active sponsor package, one card per event.
- My Sponsorships — every application you have submitted, whatever its status, with a link to message the organizer.
How to set up your account
- Register — from the For Sponsors page, click “Become a Sponsor” to reach the sponsor registration form. Sign up with name, email and password, or with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn. There is no company-profile step at registration — just the account.
- Land on the dashboard — you are dropped straight onto the Sponsor Dashboard. With no sponsorships yet it shows an empty state under “My Sponsorships” and zeros across the KPI cards.
- Go to Browse Packages — from the sidebar or the button on the dashboard. This lists events, not a flat list of packages — open an event to see its individual packages.
- Pick an event and apply — opening an event shows its sponsorship packages (tier, price, benefits, visibility options, remaining spots). Selecting one opens an inline application form.
Good to know
- There is no separate sponsor “company profile” screen with a logo upload, industry tags, or a budget range — company name, website and tagline are entered per application, on the package you are applying to, not once for your account.
- Your account uses the same My Profile page as any other role (name, email, password, notification preferences) — not a sponsor-specific profile.
- You can hold more than one platform role on the same login (e.g. organizer and sponsor). Switching roles changes which dashboard you land on after login.
Troubleshooting
- The dashboard says “you are not associated with any events yet” — you have not applied to a package yet, or your only applications were rejected/expired/cancelled. Go to Browse Packages.
- I registered but landed on a different dashboard — you are logged in under a different role than sponsor. Check which role you selected at registration or switch roles if your account has more than one.
