Event Schedule builds a day-by-day agenda for a multi-session event — conference tracks, festival slots, workshop timings — grouped by day on this page so you have one place to plan session-by-session timing.
What you can do here
- Add a session — day number, start time, end time and a title.
- Remove a session — delete asks for confirmation first.
Fields
- Day number — groups items under “Day 1”, “Day 2” and so on; it is not tied to a calendar date, just a sequence.
- Start time / End time — plain time-of-day fields, not date-time fields, so they are not affected by the date-time picker used elsewhere and carry no timezone of their own.
- Title — required, shown as the session name.
Good to know
- Items are ordered by day, then by their internal sort order, then by start time — not purely by the time you typed.
- An end time must be later than its start time on the same entry, or the row is rejected.
- Sessions are internally tagged as one of session/break/keynote/workshop/networking, but this form has no type picker — every session added here is saved as a plain “session”.
- The schedule is a separate record from the event's own start/end dates on Event Information — changing one does not update the other.
Troubleshooting
- “End time” error on save — the end time must be after the start time.
- Sessions appear in the wrong order — ordering is by day number first, so check items are grouped under the day you expect before looking at the times.
