Once an organizer assigns you tasks for an event, they show up here, grouped by event, so you can see everything you owe them and mark it done as you go.

What you can do here

  • See every task grouped by event — each assignment you have tasks for gets its own card, with the event title and date, and tasks listed underneath in due-date order so the most urgent work sits at the top.
  • Update a task’s status — change it via the dropdown next to the task: Pending, In Progress, or Completed.

How to update a task

  1. Open Tasks Overdue in your vendor sidebar — despite the name, this opens your complete task list, not just overdue items.
  2. Find the task under the relevant event.
  3. Use the status dropdown to move it to In Progress or Completed. The change saves immediately; there is no separate save button.

Good to know

  • Tasks are created by the organizer, not by you — there is no button here to add your own task, only to update the status of ones already assigned.
  • Once a task is Completed, it cannot be moved back to Pending or In Progress, by you or by the organizer. Only mark it done when it genuinely is.
  • A task due date is inclusive — a task due today is not treated as overdue until the day is over, so it will not show as late until the following day.
  • Tasks only appear here if they belong to an event where you are assigned as a vendor; there is no cross-event or general to-do view separate from your assignments.

Troubleshooting

  • A task I completed still shows as Pending — the dropdown submits automatically on change; if it did not visibly update, refresh the page and confirm the request actually saved.
  • I cannot find a task I was told about — it has not been added on the organizer’s side yet, or it belongs to an event you have not been assigned to.
  • I need to undo marking something Completed — you cannot; ask the organizer to add a new task if further work is genuinely needed.
