Event Translations adds your event's content in additional languages, so attendees browsing the platform in that language see your title, description, and ticket names instead of your default-language copy.

What you can do here

  • Translate the core event content — title, description, and the confirmation message shown after checkout.
  • Translate ticket type names and descriptions for every ticket type on the event.
  • Translate checkout question labels and placeholders for every custom question you've added.
  • Auto-translate from English using Claude AI, then review and adjust before saving, where the AI translate feature is enabled.
  • Delete a translation for a given language.

How to add a translation

  1. Pick a language tab — a green dot marks languages that already have a saved translation.
  2. Fill in the title (required), description, and confirmation message, or use Translate to have the AI draft them from your English content first.
  3. Fill in each ticket type's and checkout question's translated text.
  4. Save — the tab picks up the "saved" marker.

Settings explained

  • Title — the only required field; leaving description or confirmation message blank means attendees in that language fall back to your default-language text for that field.
  • Ticket type / question translations — optional per item; an item left blank also falls back to the default-language text.

Good to know

  • The tab bar lists all 14 platform languages, and saving works for every one of them.
  • Translations are read by locale automatically: a visitor browsing in a saved language sees your translated copy; everyone else sees your original, default-language content.
  • Your event's default language is set separately, in Event Information, not on this screen.

Troubleshooting

  • Saving a translation seems to do nothing — check that the title field, the only required one, wasn't left blank; every other field is optional.
  • Attendees still see English — no translation has been saved for their language yet, or the title field, the only required one, was left blank.
  • Auto-translate button is missing — the AI translation feature isn't enabled for your account.
