Sponsorship Deliverables

Deliverables are the checklist of benefits owed to you under your sponsorship package — logo placement, a booth, a stage mention, and so on. The checklist itself is built and ticked off by the event organizer; what you see as the sponsor is a running completion count.

What you can do here

  • Deliverables Done KPI — on the Sponsor Portal dashboard, this shows the percentage of deliverables marked complete across all of your sponsorships combined, not one event at a time.
  • Per-sponsorship progress bar — on My Sponsorships, each row shows a bar and a fraction (e.g. 3/5) for that specific event's checklist.
  • Message Organizer — the way to ask about a deliverable that looks wrong, late, or missing (see Communicating with Organizers).

Deliverable types organizers track

When an organizer adds an item to your checklist, it is one of: Logo Upload, Banner Upload, Signed Agreement, Payment, Social Post, Stage Mention, Email Blast, or Other. Each can carry an optional due date and a “required” flag the organizer sets.

How completion actually works

  1. The organizer adds each checklist item individually with a title and, optionally, a description and due date.
  2. The organizer marks an item complete by hand once it has been done — there is no automatic detection (posting your logo file, for example, does not tick anything off by itself).
  3. Your dashboard and My Sponsorships percentages update immediately once the organizer does this.

Good to know

  • There is no proof-upload or issue-flagging feature. The checklist has no field for a screenshot or photo of the delivered item, and there is no “Report Issue” button on the sponsor side. If something looks missing or wrong, raise it through the sponsorship's message thread instead.
  • The dashboard percentage is a blend across every sponsorship you hold (past and present) — a single stalled event can drag it down even if your other sponsorships are fully delivered. Check My Sponsorships for the true per-event picture.
  • A sponsorship with no checklist items yet shows no progress bar at all (a dash), not 0%. That just means the organizer has not built the checklist yet, not that nothing has been delivered.
  • “Overdue” styling on a deliverable is something only the organizer sees on their screen when a due date has passed; it is not broken out separately in anything you can view.

Troubleshooting

  • My sponsorship shows 0/0 deliverables — the organizer has not added any checklist items for this sponsorship yet. This is not something you configure yourself; message the organizer if you expect one.
  • The count didn't move after I sent my logo file — sending a file (by email or message) does not tick a deliverable off automatically. The organizer still has to open the checklist and mark that item complete.
  • I disagree that a deliverable was actually completed — there is no dispute workflow; message the organizer directly and ask them to review it.
