Promoting an event on EventMann means using the marketing tools already included with your account — there is no separate purchase or paid placement to unlock.

What you can do here

  • Email Campaigns — design and send campaign emails to your attendee list with a visual, drag-and-drop designer.
  • Discount Codes — percentage or fixed-amount codes with usage limits and validity windows, restricted to specific ticket types if you like.
  • Social Media — compose and schedule posts to connected Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn accounts, with AI-assisted copy.
  • SEO Settings — a custom meta title, description, keywords, and Open Graph image so your event page performs well in search results and social previews.
  • Landing Pages — custom pages for a specific campaign or partner, separate from your main event page.

How to launch a campaign

  1. Go to Organizer → Marketing and pick the tab for the tool you want — Campaigns or Landing Pages.
  2. For a campaign, choose your audience (all attendees, a segment, or an imported list) and build the email, or click Generate with AI for a first draft.
  3. Use Send Test to check it in your own inbox before scheduling or sending to attendees.
  4. For social posts, connect your accounts under Organizer → Social Accounts first, then compose from the Social tab.

Good to know

  • EventMann does not offer a paid “boost” or featured-placement purchase for organizers. Homepage and recommendation placement is curated by EventMann's own team, not a setting you can switch on for your event.

Troubleshooting

  • “My event isn't showing as Featured on the homepage” — featured placement isn't organizer-controlled; it's selected by EventMann, not a toggle on your event.
  • “I can't find where to post to social media” — connect your accounts under Organizer → Social Accounts before Compose has anything to post through.
