Booking Confirmed

Once your booking is confirmed — either straight after payment, or straight after submitting a free or approved booking — you land on a confirmation page that brings together everything about your order in one place.

What you will see

  • Your booking reference, a code starting with BK- that identifies your order — keep it handy if you ever need to contact the organizer or EventMann support about this booking.
  • A full order summary — every ticket you bought, any discount applied, and the final total.
  • A QR code for each ticket, shown right on the page as well as being attached to your confirmation email — this is what gets scanned for check-in at the venue.
  • An “Add to calendar” button, so the event goes straight into your phone or desktop calendar.
  • A message from the organizer, if they have set one up for their event (for example, parking or entry instructions).

What happens next

  1. A confirmation email is sent to the address you booked with, with your tickets attached as a PDF. This can take a few minutes to arrive, since the PDF is put together after your payment is confirmed, not before — if it has not shown up shortly, check your spam or junk folder before assuming something is wrong.
  2. Your tickets are also always available from My Tickets in your account, so you do not need to rely on finding the email again.
  3. If you checked out as a guest, you will be offered the option to create an account using the email you booked with, so this booking (and any future ones) shows up under My Tickets automatically.

Good to know

  • If the organizer allows it, you can edit the name or email attached to each ticket right from this page, any time before the event starts — useful if you are buying on behalf of someone else and got a detail wrong.
  • Your tickets are not locked to this page or this device — they are just as accessible from My Tickets whenever you sign in.
  • Nothing further is charged to you after this page — if you need to cancel or ask about a refund later, that is handled separately, from your booking in My Tickets.

Troubleshooting

  • I have not received the confirmation email — check your spam or junk folder first; the PDF is generated shortly after your booking confirms, so it can take a few minutes rather than arriving instantly. Your tickets are also always visible in My Tickets in the meantime.
  • The QR code will not load on the page — refresh the page, or open your ticket directly from My Tickets instead.
  • I need to fix a name on one of the tickets — use the edit option on this page (or from My Tickets) if the organizer allows ticket edits and the event has not started yet.
